These Terms of Service govern your use of Rhovecs, a personalised JEE preparation platform operated by Rhovecs Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Rhovecs.
  • If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.

2. Your Account

  • Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us at info@rhovecs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

A limited free plan is available. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. A full refund is available within 7 days of initial purchase if less than 20% of the plan has been used.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account, scrape content in bulk, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated tools to interact with it.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

JEE paper questions are reproduced from NTA-published papers for educational use. All other content — hints, solutions, explanations, and platform design — is owned by or licensed to Rhovecs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect your name, contact information, and learning activity to provide and improve the platform. We do not sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Rhovecs is a study tool and does not guarantee any exam outcome. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
